This past Sunday, the sun was out, it was a cool 92 degrees,
and the DiNoto Realty Group showcased their newest listing in Rancho Cucamonga.
But it wouldn’t have been a
“DiNoto Factor Open House” with a few directionals out and a sign in sheet. The DiNoto Realty Group brought the “wow” factor and really did it big for their very first showing of 7220 Corte Pl –Rancho Cucamonga.

The tarp was up, balloons were flying, the cooler was out,
and the grill was on fire!! Free BBQ was offered to all potential home buyers
who came to see 7220 Corte Pl in Rancho Cucamonga for the first time. Lisa DiNoto and
Brian Edwards took turns on the grill, and touring potential home buyers and brokers
through the 7220 Corte gem. These families were able to get full listing
details from the listing agent herself, and read all about potential mortgage
down payments and loan programs. They also enjoyed some BBQ and some snacks!
Over fifty potential families came through the open house
and all had great feedback! So far, the DiNoto Realty Group has already
