There were a few delays with the buyer’s loan, but overall a very smooth transaction with a positive result for both seller and buyer. Lisa met these particular clients through her daughter’s softball association and Lisa was very grateful to be able to help this family find a home within their Rancho Cucamonga community. Being an active member of the Rancho Cucamonga Softball associates really allowed Lisa to be involved with her community.

Brian and Lisa partnered up with this listing and hit the ground running. Brian found a buyer within just a few days, but because of unforeseen circumstance, the original buyer had to back out of the escrow. Brian and Lisa went back to the streets doing open houses, door knocking to neighbors, and using an aggressive online marketing plan to secure the next buyer. The next buyer opened escrow quickly and closed within 45 days of opening escrow. The buyer’s loan took slightly longer than expected, but Lisa had a compensation clause in place for the seller in the event this was to occur. Lisa is a savvy negotiator and always has her client’s best interest in mind.
