What an amazing year
Here at the
DiNoto Realty Group, we had quite an amazing year! We would like to take a moment to reflect this holiday season, on what a great year we've had and count all of our blessings.
We started the year with expanding our Rancho Cucamonga Real Estate group to including a buying agent specialist, listing specialist, a marketing coordinator, and a transaction coordinator. This helped with our overall growth in the Rancho Cucamonga Community, along with our specialized area of Victoria Groves. We were able to help over eighteen sellers successful list and close escrow on their home, and we helped over twelve home buyers get into their new home! The majority of our listings and homes sold were in the Rancho Cucamonga area, but we also went as far as L.A., Victorville, and Menifee, to accommodate our clients Real Estate needs. We are so thankful for all the new families we were able to meet and help this year, and we are especially grateful for all of our return clients and investors who continue to instill their trust in us year after year.

One of the
amazing accomplishments we had at the DiNoto Realty Group was holding the
titles of “Top Listing Team” and “Top Selling Team” for several months
throughout the year in our Keller Williams Rancho Cucamonga office. This is a huge accomplishment as this is something we
hadn't done in previous years. Along with our team expansion, we were able to
incorporate some new technological components to our business structure, which
overall helped with efficiency and accuracy (and saved our clients a ton of
time). We also incorporated a huge social presence to generate popularity among
our Rancho Cucamonga Listings, thus helping our sellers and buyers connect
faster.
The DiNoto
Realty Group had a great time giving back this year as well. DiNoto Realty
Group along with the Keller Williams Rancho Cucamonga family, joined up to
participate in Red Day. This year’s Red Day was all about giving back to our
local community. We were able to help
the Foothill Family Shelter in Upland (amazing organization), by planting
trees, flowers, and even painting structures! What an amazing day that was for
all of us and our Keller Williams partners.
The DiNoto
Realty Group also hosted a huge “Back To School Bash”
in August for our Victoria Groves
Community in Rancho Cucamonga. We invited the entire Victoria Groves Community, along with
our past clients, and celebrated all the kids going back to school!! We
celebrated in Rancho Cucamonga’s very own Central Park, with a Carls jr food
truck, D.J., carnival style games, great school supplies for the kids, awesome
raffles including Disneyland tickets, and some great local vendors! All free to our
Victoria Groves Community and past clients. We love showing our appreciation
for our Rancho Cucamonga Community and the people who instill their trust in
us, to fulfill their Real Estate needs.
Here at the DiNoto Realty Group, we are gearing up for an
exciting new year in 2015. We look forward to helping many more families List
and Buy Real Estate this new year.
